New look
We've got some cool stuff/news coming to Video.ca. But first we wanted to update our overall 'look and feel'. As of today, the 'new look' has now been implemented site-wide. So far, the feedback from our community has been very positive. Please feel free to shoot us an email with your thoughts.
We've also updated our contact form as several users had mentioned they were having trouble with it. It's a more basic form, but it works!
We've also been working hard at bringing Offside.Video.ca up to speed. With this latest branding revision, we have now completed the Offside revamp. Expect to see more synergy between our Onside / Offside video sites in the near future.

Server Housekeeping
We had to do some long overdue scrubbing and cleansing of our server and database over the past weekend and that has spilled over into Monday morning.
This has caused uploads to be delayed in getting processed. This afternoon should see all systems return to normal. We are not expecting any downtime.

Server Says...
"I'm Hawt!!"
The pre-Summer heat got to our database server yesterday and as a result he was feeling sluggish and bloated for a few hours. We gave the database server an umbrella and a nice cold Canadian beer, and now all is back to normal again.

A big-time 'thank you' goes out to Video.ca user MacWTL - formally known as the good Tom Leroux. It was Tom's feedback regarding how we were displaying (or not displaying in this case) the comments on videos that led to our recent re-vamp of the positioning, sizing and hilighting of all comments made on videos.
Comments are awesome, now we reflect their awesomeness a wee better.

Server Migration Complete!!
UPDATE: If you are seeing this blog post instead of the 'upload' form, it just means that your internet service provider has not updated their zone files just yet to reflect our new server location. You may want to try rebooting your computer, as that can often do the trick. Or, it may just be another hour or so until your ISP fully updates their zones.
Yay!
It was a bit of a bumpy ride, but the journey to our brand-spankin' new server(s) is now fully completed.
Feel free to resume uploading!
